Our refund policy stipulates that if you encounter any issues while using our products, we will make every effort to troubleshoot or resolve the problem. If we are unable to address the issue, a refund will be issued. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and clearly specify the problem you are experiencing.
Refund Eligibility Conditions

Purchasing the wrong product. To qualify for a refund, you must first purchase the correct product. Refunds are only available for initial purchases of PicSeek Software Products, not C.
- Accidentally purchasing the same product more than once.
- The product fails to perform its intended task, and no solution is available.
- There are discrepancies between the functionality of the Evaluation (trial) version and the full version.
- Functional limitations that were not clearly indicated before purchase.
Refund Denial Conditions

Purchasing the product without first using the evaluation (trial) version. We recommend familiarizing yourself with all features and functions using the free trial before making a purchase.
- Purchasing the product using a stolen credit card, unauthorized payment method, or compromised payment details. In such cases, please contact your bank to dispute the unauthorized transaction.
- Orders related to subscr iption plans or renewal charges.
- Not receiving your activation key within two hours of a successful order is not grounds for a refund request.
- Price differences caused by regional pricing policies or fluctuations in exchange rates.
- Purchasing the product fr om a third-party vendor rather than directly fr om the PicSeek website. In such cases, please contact the third-party vendor for assistance.
- Refund requests for products purchased as part of a bundle, on special offer.
- Customers who do not cooperate with PicSeek technical support in resolving the issue, fail to provide detailed problem descr iptions, or refuse the solutions offered.
- Failure to meet the product's minimum system requirements. Please refer to the user manual for specific system requirements.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, PicSeek will process it within two business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that:

You cannot request to change the refund payment method.
- Depending on the payment provider, the refunded amount may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Once the refund is approved, the license will be deactivated. You must also uninstall and completely remove the software fr om your device.
