Where can I find my license after purchase?

After you buy our product, your license key will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout (the Billing Contact email).

I haven’t received my license. What should I do?

If you don’t see the license email, try these steps: Check your Spam or Junk folder—it might have ended up there. If you think you entered the wrong email during your purchase, please contact our support team. We’ll help you find your license.

Can I use my license on another computer?

Yes, you can move your license to a different computer. Just contact our support team and we’ll help reset it for you.

What should I do if my license is showing as invalid?

You can follow the step-by-step guide we’ve provided to cancel your subscr iption. After canceling, you’ll still have full access to the software until the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I activate my license?

Open the program, click "Register" in the menu bar, enter your license key, and then click the "Register" button again.

Can I change the email linked to my license?
