Is PicSeek software safe to download and install on my computer?

Yes, it’s safe! Our Mac tools are checked and approved by Apple, and our Windows tools are verified by Sectigo. This means our software is secure and free fr om viruses or harmful files.

What are the system requirements for using PicSeek on Windows and Mac?

For Mac, you need macOS 10.12 or later and an internet connection to install and update the software. For Windows, PicSeek works on Windows 8 or newer. You’ll also need enough memory, storage, and processing power. For full details, please check our system requirements page.

What should I do if the download doesn’t work??

If the download fails, it’s usually because of a bad internet connection or your computer using too many resources. First, check your internet connection. Try switching to a different network and download again. If the internet is fine, try closing other programs and then start the download again.

How do I uninstall the software fr om my computer?

On Windows: Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program, then find and remove PicSeek;
On Mac: Open the Applications folder, find PicSeek, and drag it to the Trash.
